1. Overview

Capital Stack Builder is a subscription tool for estimating private-money real estate deal structures. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected. Capital Stack Builder provides estimates for planning purposes only. It is not underwriting and not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a commitment or offer to lend. No result guarantees funding, approval, profit, or investment returns. You are responsible for independently verifying every number and for complying with all licensing, disclosure, and referral/finder-fee laws that apply to you in your state. Consult your own attorney and financial professionals before acting on any deal.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and password credentials handled by our authentication provider.
• Deal data: the property addresses, figures, notes, and optional photo or document links you enter and save.
• Billing information: subscription status and billing identifiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: limited log and diagnostic data such as timestamps and error reports used to keep the service running.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide the calculator and reports, save and display your deal log, authenticate you, process your subscription, provide support you request, and secure and improve the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your deal contents for advertising.

4. Your data is private to your account

Deal records are stored in our managed cloud database with per-user access rules (row-level security) so that only your authenticated account can read or write your deals. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Administrative accounts can see the user list and subscription status for billing and support purposes, but not your deal contents.

5. Service providers

We share only what is necessary with providers that operate the service on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, and Stripe for payments. Each processes data under its own terms and security controls.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your account and deal data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual deals at any time from the deal log. To delete your account and its data, email hello@kccapitalgrp.com; we will action it within a reasonable period, keeping only records we must retain for tax or legal reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details in the app, cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
